One thing that are very good with Agiloft, is the fact that all modules are included and therefore no o extra fees for additional modules that you see with other products in this category . Its flexible and easy to customize and contains all the standard functions you normally will meet in CRM. And a little more. The tracking through the Agiloft knowledgebase is very good. You can find initial communications for potential clients, orders, training schedules, and modification requests from existing clients.

It can be overwhelming with all the features in the beginning. They do have classes where you can get more insight in the system, but unfortunately not online. Better documentation. The Administrator Manual gives some answers, but not all and then you end up contacting the customersupport. Would be nice to be able to solve the problems alone.

With Agiloft you are able to track, audit and analyze a great number of calls or emails. All clients have a possibility to run reports and view dashboards. This way they can follow the progress. The Agiloft website has some short training videos and they are very useful, it sometimes put things in perspective when you are stock with a problem.
