Agiloft

Agiloft is a Contract Lifecycle Management software as a service and it's massive flexibility is quite unique in terms of it's versatility, flexibility and robust features. At the core you have contract management but can quickly utilize a customer support desk and inventory management which are integral components for any IT based company. And these elements are all very robust and easy to use. But that's just the start of what is possible in your account. I have been researching IT support as well as digital asset and inventory management. In addition to contract and proposal software, file storage and project and task managers. It does all of these items too yet that's not even close to other possible usages for Agiloft. This is a new software to me and I was pleasantly surprised to note that the overwhelmingly percentage of reviews of Agiloft online are extremely positive. As well that the company has over two and a half million customers currently which is crazy. Including the United States government so hopefully that's saying something about the reliability and scalability of the platform but I cannot quite know this for certain yet until reaching a relatively longer period of time sufficient to measure and compare performance accordingly. There is no need to know any coding which also is another good reason to use this platform. Because the level of customization possible is tremendous and if this required ongoing coding it would be a nightmare but instead it's kind of a dreamy software for obvious reasons once you discover a great way to use beyond the customer support and inventory it really becomes a valuable tool integral more than one might think initially. Another great thing is there pricing model. There is no per-module pricing so no need to pay for add-ons or plugins or various modular exclusive components offered by this company or third party businesses which is refreshing in the sense that if SalesForce had built this software platform it would more than likely charge you for every single module on top of a core subscription for the customer support and upgraded plan to include inventory management. It's simply not the case here there is outstanding modular value beyond any software similar to it that I've ever seen.

The sheer amount of flexibility in your account is somewhat overwhelming but you don't need to utilize all of it at once so it's not a major issue. In fact, of course many additional ways to use this software may already be part of your plan and that's great but it will take a certain time investment in order to get to know it all and be able to execute your plan proficiently.

Considering the fact you can do so much in Agiloft including contract management, customer support, help desk and inventory management of course. But from there you can add sales automation amongst other functions which add up to be tremendously powerful in terms of the level of control together with great ease of use. This can be a task and project manager easily as well, for example. It can also be a market and competitor research tool with it's survey functionality. They have an amazing free Enterprise download that is fully functional with only a couple of minor limitations such as you can only send up to two hundred and fifty emails per day and have a team up to five people. Otherwise, you basically have what costs at least a thousand dollars per month when you begin to scale up. Though by the time you're ready to have this growth the return on your investment will hopefully be well beyond that. I've surveyed several IT based platforms and Agiloft is quite costly beyond the free plan but has the most functionality out of them all, by far.
