What was the best part about using Zoho Support?

It comes with a lot of helpdesk features like automation, reporting and ticket management. Your team's productivity and the services provided by you to your customers is very much enhanced with its use. It is one of the best Zoho Program. According to the Zoho Support plan that you have purchased, you are availed with the different interacting options with your customers like emails, social media and live chat which helps you to understand the issue and interact with the clients conveniently. If you are currently using any CRM, then this software will also integrate well with it. It is also very reasonably priced giving you the maximum benefits.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Support?

I found Zoho Support a really propitious software for my business. I have been using it for two years now and find it a very genuine tool. I have never experienced any major barriers or problems in it. Some minor bugs once in a while is not much bothering. Sometimes I find the application slow and very few times the issues like hanging or crashing. The mobile application of the software is not properly maintained. It lacks the push notifications. You need to keep on opening and checking for any new tickets received.

Overall Feedback

Zoho Support as an IT helpdesk tool is highly recommended by me for any type of company. The pricing and the plans available are very beneficial and worthwhile. There is a plan of twelve dollar USD and another for twenty-five dollar USD. There is even a plan which is a free forever plan that is very profitable for small businesses and new companies. It even lets you manage data from Facebook, calls, twitter and emails. With such a pricing method and all other positive points, I can simply ignore the negative points in the program. A must have for all as an IT helpdesk.
