What was the best part about using Zoho Support?

Zoho Support is part of the Zoho business products and it shares same simple and user-intuitive user interface. Zoho Supports support many sources of customer interactions. The channels that are supported by Zoho Support includes Email, Phone, Social Media, Chat, Forums and more. Zoho Support has many modules like knowledge-base, customer support portal, ticket management and more. The SMS notification for agents and customers is really a great add-on.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Support?

Zoho Support may need many customization processes. Zoho Support mobile applications are bit clunky and limited. Helprace is another alternative that can sit between the advantages of Zoho and the Advantages of Zendesk which is more expensive than Zoho Support. Small business can find Zoho Support the best choice for its simplicity and pricing.

Overall Feedback

Zoho Support is priced quite fairly for the features it has and comparing to a similar product and it also allows a free plan for one agent which is enough to test the platform. Zoho Support features Web forms to pull out leads and it has a reporting tool. Zoho Support integrates easily with Google Apps and other Zoho products.
