Zoho Support

Zoho Support is a „traditional“ Zoho program with good, user-friendly interface and rather flexible filters. It integrates well with many CRM’s and its capability to customize workflows so easily is only a plus. For us, it has been greatly helpful, especially with its rather affordable and fair pricing plan. It is definitely a good tool for the arsenal of a small company.

While it is rather flexible and easy to use for any user, for me the biggest downside lies in it being quite average program. It doesn’t bring anything new to the table, it doesn’t give you a WOW-factor and quite frankly, doesn’t leave an impression. I tried it only because I have been an avid Zoho suit fan for a long time, but this program was a bit of a let-down. You have to do quite extensive manual work and it lacks in customization capabilities. I’d say this is the part of Zoho that does not live up to Zoho standard.

As good as Zoho programs usually are, this program left me with a "meh" reaction. It is easy to use, rather affordable and flexible. However, it's capabilities are not as extensive as some competitors. It will solve some of your worries but don't expect this program to do all the work for you. The software itself needs some developing before it can be said it is a truly great product.
