What was the best part about using Web+Center?

Web+Center is easy to set up. The software has a very easy setup. Installation process will not take you long. It is only a matter of few minutes. This software is used all over the world. It has an intuitive interface. The dashboard is attractive to the user. The software comes with documentations to help users have a better understanding of how it works. Web+Center has a free trial version. You can test it before purchasing it. The software is customizable. You will be able to set it according to your own requirements and needs. This software is also available for the Android and iPhone. It has very powerful features such as Customer asset definition, tech mobile support and manager screen among others. This will help you run your business with ease. Customer support service is available to help users with arising needs.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

The software is packed with features that might complicate a new user. The interface is bit complicated but when you get used to it, you will have an easy time using the software.

The general performance of this software is good. It is packed with features that are both helpful in asset management. This is the right software to go for.

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

Web+Center is actually good - no wonder they're among the top 10 in this category. Their help desk solutions are pretty admirable, and I like the platform's usability in general. If you want an easy-to-use, adaptable and above all, a decent piece of software for building your own help desk, then you should give these guys a shot! I think they're worth your money and time.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

The support crew is not the best, to be honest. They do not respond quickly, but I still think Web+Center is good, as far as all other services go - their help desk software was (and I hope it still is) useful. But overall, I think you can find quite a few better alternatives to these guys. At least I love how hard they work on adding new additions to the system itself. Too bad for the support center, though.

Overall, I would have to say that Web+Center is in fact an average piece of software for setting up your very own help desk. Like I said, their own support center is probably the only thing they should pay attention to, because it's bad for any company's image, and they should prove to the world that they're among the best. Still, I would like to recommend these guys, because although they're a 4 out of 5 for me, their software was reliable!

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

Ease of use, ease of installation, support is great. I have used Web+Center at a previous employment, and at my present job, for a total of about 10-12 years. The product is very good. The cost is great. Support is prompt and very good. The features are very good and very usable. Much more than you would expect for a program costing so little.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

We are just starting to configure the Reservation Center, and I'd like to see it be a bit more intuitive to set up. It is written in Microsoft Active Server Pages, which is very robust and flexible, but somewhat outdated. Another knock is that it's not the prettiest looking website out there, but I gladly give up looks for functionality.

Great product at a great price. Help Desk, ticket system. A big time saving for our employees, being able to input support tickets. It creates a database of issues and their resolution, so you can look up a problem to see how it was resolved in the past. Tracking time becomes so much easier, and billing takes a whole lot less time with Web+Center.

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

The Web+Center software was designed as an open source suite and a customizable help desk solution for IT organizations. Users will be able to enjoy full screen browser applications with mobile applications for both Android and iPhone/ tablet mobile devices.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

Users of this software will realize that it is mostly used many applications such as IT support, asset management, customer support as well as facilities management. The Web +Center manager screen has functionality options like the manager screen, business center, company information form, customer asset definitions, tech mobile support, mobile interface, etc.

It is a web- based help desk application that can also be deployed on site or in the cloud and comes with access to a hundred percent of the source code. This software comes with an out- of-the-box installation approach allowing organizations customize applications such as IT help desk, customer support, asset tracking and facilities management.

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

Web+Center is another application in the help desk category that ranks at a better position. It allows the user to create their own help desk without much difficulty in it. And it points out the important areas to look for in a help desk by providing various functions in catering them. Up to certain functions, it's easy to use.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

Replacing the application Web+Center is so simple as it doesn't provide any better solutions that will beat its competitors. So finding an alternative application in replacing the Web+Center isn't difficult since their backend support is also slow in reacting for a query while the platform isn't user-friendly.

Overall Feedback

Web+Center can be recommended only for startups and small firms since they fail to make a prominent backend support. However, they provided a reliable software to go with but unfortunately adding to its backend support they need to update their system with additional features to outstand their market segment. Try it for yourself.

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

The best thing that you would want to have is a reliable software that will answer the needs of your company. And it seems like WEB+CENTER has already fulfilled that need. With its simple user interface, the features are all working together that can achieve the ultimate goal of your company – customer satisfaction.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

As I have said on its best part is that the user interface is simple which makes it something from other perceptions that this software still have something to improve. But that is not the case, I would say that the simplicity of this tool is not its worst part but one of its best part.

Web+Center's is well suited for small to middle size businesses who are looking for a simple software that can be used and utilize immediately. But if you have decided to take this software, a better advice will be to check it and try it yourself to ensure that the simplicity of this software is what you want.

What was the best part about using Web+Center?

Web + Center is a great tool to use to ensure that you are keeping yourself up to date with different product news, events and a whole lot more. This is a great avenue for us marketers to better know our target market and as well as our competitors. This helped us completely to get better market projection.

What would you change about your experience with Web+Center?

This is best to be implemented by medium to large businesses. The rate or price of the software is a bit pricey for very small business enterprise. Although could generate income due to better marketing strategy, I do not think if it would be appealing to very small businesses as the price may not be too interesting for them.

This is a great tool to use to ensure that you are connected with a wider range of market. This is a robust software that could provide users with enough involvement and updates on different product news and updates that would help marketers in better strategizing and marketing planning. I am happy that we started using the software for all our marketing needs.
