Truckers Helper FAQs

We have FREE online support and will answer any questions you have to help you with the program without any charge or fee online. Every page has a 'contact us' link on it and we have an extensive array of tutors in the program a 600+ page manual and forums all to help you. If you want phone support there is a $25/session fee. A session is 15 minutes and most questions can be answered in under 15 minutes. Actually experience has shown that it's rare for customers to use the phone support as we can answer almost all questions via the internet.

If you are looking to migrate your current data that would probably not be cost effective. We can help you with how to move some of your data into Truckers Helper by printing out summary reports and then entering the data from those reports. We can give you some guidance with that. But a full migration would require mapping the database you currently have to our database and that could be very expensive.
