What was the best part about using Truckers Helper?

oh lordy oh lordy. how do i think of a good thing. Hmmm. The title has the word "helper" in it. That's good.....right?

What would you change about your experience with Truckers Helper?

If only we were in 1982 and I had just got my first PC. I would have been impressed, then. We got this CD off a friend to try. My wife loaded it up and...we deleted it 30 minutes later.

On the CD or DVD you got, look at the label and see what VERSION of the program you got. It's quite possible that you got a version from the 80's. If you're looking for software for the 21st century you might want to try looking at our Online version. We offer a standalone and a online program and the standalone is still used by hundreds of fleets - I'm always amazed how many people still using version 3 or 4 of the program call for an update when they get a new computer. Versions 3 and 4 were in the 90's. Today we're a few numbers further down the line. Thanks for your comments, you might though, want to be sure in the future that you're comments are on a current product. John Ewing, The Truckers Helper.

What was the best part about using Truckers Helper?

Trucker Helper Software solves all the existing issues in the management and workforce in a certain company. The evident decrease in data mismatches and the proper implementation and handling of activities is is well handled by this software. This software has been laid out and designed to improve the products and services of a company by way of health competition, predictability, reduction of cost and the increase in the company's revenues.

What would you change about your experience with Truckers Helper?

There is no specific and recorded issues encountered by the software so far. Everything is put into the right place and is functioning perfectly. The software is working great, the features are excellent. The best thing to take note about this software is it is very user-friendly and is very light in the pocket. It doesn't cost that much and yet one can already experience a hassle-free business management.

Overall Feedback

This software is well appreciated by its simplicity, practicality and best features. This is worth recommending to everyone in the trucking industry. This leads an automatic communication among the members of the team. It also provides accurate accounting calculations. The support team is great too! There are very welcoming and dependable upon giving assistance during installation and trainings. Professionalism at its finest.

What was the best part about using Truckers Helper?

Roles, excessive bureaucracy, data mismatches. Problems such as these are no longer part of our routine using the Truckers Helper. The company has changed the way of managing the activities, with the implementation of Truckers Helper makes the day to day of the most productive and reliable employees. Anchored in business intelligence, control software makes knowledge pass to be retained, applied and spread systemically, which enables the definitive implementation of the continuous improvement of competitiveness, quality, assertiveness, predictability, cost reduction and the company's profitability .

What would you change about your experience with Truckers Helper?

We did not find the worst part about using this software, on the contrary, had productivity gains with less effective, not to mention the system features that are simpler, more friendly. Indirectly the biggest winners are the members, the main objective of the cooperative. The process of loading the trucks, previously done in 40 minutes, went to 15 minutes.

Overall Feedback

We researched the market the best solutions and the Truckers Helper became perfectly with what we were looking. With the whole process automatic communication easier, especially when we need to locks with accounting, the results are much more accurate compared to the time when we used only forms. We are leaving aside all a manual system with Excel spreadsheets and other, thinking to evolve and improve more and more.
