Like many software packages Tour de Force offers an on premise option that does offer support that is calculated as a percentage of the on the software list price charged on an annual basis. Tour de Force also has a Cloud option and support is calculated into the cost of the per user per month investment. (more)

For the on premise offering from Tour de Force they have multiple implementation options those can range from 12 to 16 weeks depending on selection. Tour de Force also has a Cloud offering that can be accelerated to have someone up and running in 30 days. (more)
