How long, on average, would you say it takes a business to set up TimeOut?

It depends on your company's size and complexity of your leave policies. On average, we suggest that you plan on 3 - 4 weeks for the implementation. The most time consuming part is reconciling all employees' balances for your chosen go-live date. The good news is that our implementation team does the majority of the work for you. You simply need to provide us with the policy details and employee data.

Yes, as a new customer you are assigned your own implementation specialist who will assist you with configuring your leave policies, uploading employee information and providing training. We have several upload templates available that can help with migrating data from your current system to TimeOut. Your implementation specialist works with you until TimeOut is fully configured to match your needs.
