The Turn Group

I had a serious issue with my website. We had lost all rankings and did not know what to do. The Turn Group came recommended to us as the go to company in situations like this.

Only that we wish we would have found them before our website took a search engine tank. It devastated our companies bottom line. The Turn Group was able to get us up and back online in a short amount of time. It was absolutely amazing.

We had know idea why our website lost its rankings. The Turn Group determined it would be cheaper to start from scratch then to repair the damage. They did all I can say is that in a short amount of time, our clicks where higher than they used to be and we got back on track. There are 10,000 companies on the internet claiming to be experts. However, wherever you go all over the internet, The Turn Group shows up. So we did our due diligence on The Turn Group and found out the indeed are the Joomla experts they claim to be. Our website needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. When we contacted The Turn Group they seemed to show more concern for our search engine ranking drop then we did. Their passion and knowledge from start to finish was almost like working with family. Side note: we worked with Rodney on developing our needs and I have to say. We have never worked with someone more energetic and clear speaking than him. When dealing with developers that are good, they tend sometimes to have a chip on their shoulder because, lets face it. When you are good, you are good. This was NOT the case with anyone at The Turn Group. They where extremely knowledgeable, helpful, progressive even. So, I cannot say one bad thing about them.

Awesome. Another box to share our thoughts. I think we about summed up our experience with The Turn Group. I will add this. Our overall experience was that of experience. We could tell the team over there had been doing what they do for a very long time. They had lots of resources for us and knew basically what we were asking before we even finished a sentence. Apparently, we were not their first rodeo. I highly suggest this company for any Joomla Design or Development that you might need.

As a person that is heavily involved with the web, I knew exactly what I was looking for. But finding a company that delivered was another story. Accept for the single negative review on the website, every where else you look ALL reviews for The Turn Group are 5 star reviews. I vetted them and am so glad that I did. Every person we spoke to had nothing but good things to say about the team.

Working with Rodney at and the team at The Turn Group was a pure delight. Not only is Rodney the expert that the internet claims that he is, the results he and his team where able to produce for us was nothing short of amazing. We did a logo redesign, website redesign, SEO and marketing with them. They increased our business from $500,000 a year to over 3 million a year. Make sure when you call, ask for Rodney and block about an hour of time because this guy will OVERLOAD you with information. Great job guys, I have and will continue to use you.

Absolutely nothing. We contracted them to keep our website Joomla security updates up to date and they never did it, but still charged us.

Have them provide the services you contract them for. We contracted them for a specific purpose and they completely failed to provide that service and when I questioned them about their failure to provide this service I was argued with, threatened, and then when they finally realized it was their fault (after I provided email proof) we got the tiniest refund imaginable. I'd avoid them, and Rodney, at all costs.

A quick shout out to The Turn Group Team. We were desperate for a service provider when we contacted you guys. You were literally walking out of the office when we called and you spent over an hour on the phone with us. THEN, you guys literally took over the project and had it up and running in less than a week when we were told by everyone else a month.

Well, we called, they answered and then exceeded our expectations. Not sure we would change anything.

We know who to call when we need something done right the first time. They are expensive, but the results paid the tab. Great Job Rodney, Michael, Sam, Sarah, Angie and Mark. You all Rock!
