Absolutely nothing. We contracted them to keep our website Joomla security updates up to date and they never did it, but still charged us.

Have them provide the services you contract them for. We contracted them for a specific purpose and they completely failed to provide that service and when I questioned them about their failure to provide this service I was argued with, threatened, and then when they finally realized it was their fault (after I provided email proof) we got the tiniest refund imaginable. I'd avoid them, and Rodney, at all costs.
