Also, the interface is so easy and straightforward that even the nontechnical people are able to use it without much stress. Being cloud and the web-based tool it can be accessed from anywhere.

The desktop version of the tool is really very good but just one issue is there that sometimes the search box gives many issues and make surfing laggy. Other than these the desktop version is perfect. Now coming to the mobile application I would say that it really needs much improvement as it hangs sometimes and is not as good as the desktop one. Other than these I would say that the technical support team is sometimes not able to provide me with the satisfactory assistance and my issues are resolved late in many cases.
