Skedda Bookings

I had tried a good number of Scheduling software in the last few years but none of them gave satisfactory results for my business. I tried the free trial version of Skedda Bookings and liked it. I finally settled up for this and trust me I could not even think of trying any other tool for the same purpose now. It actually meets all the needs as a scheduling software which any moderate sized company may need. Also, the interface is so easy and straightforward that even the nontechnical people are able to use it without much stress. Being cloud and the web-based tool it can be accessed from anywhere.

The desktop version of the tool is really very good but just one issue is there that sometimes the search box gives many issues and make surfing laggy. Other than these the desktop version is perfect. Now coming to the mobile application I would say that it really needs much improvement as it hangs sometimes and is not as good as the desktop one. Other than these I would say that the technical support team is sometimes not able to provide me with the satisfactory assistance and my issues are resolved late in many cases.

The tool has both positive and negative points but the positives in the software are much more than the negatives hence can easily be ignored by you. Although the client support is occasionally not able to assist you properly but they are available at any hour of time and try their best to solve the issues. The price of the software is just moderate. It is not cheap and not expensive too. For large businesses, it is easily affordable though small companies may found it expensive. Overall I would say that this tool is a really perfect one if cost is not an issue with you.
