For an electronic agreement to be valid, the most important thing legally is that there is some recorded proof the document was signed. The signature itself is just a way of agreeing to the terms within that document. How this signature looks actually doesn’t matter. Electronic signatures created for electronic documents do not need to match or even resemble wet, or handwritten signatures.
