The two main "choice" question types - one is single select, and the other is multiple select.
By design, "choice - single select option buttons" radio button groups only allow one selection per group. So you would use the choice - single select options buttons question type.
The choice - multiple select checkboxes question type allows multiple selections in a question answer group. (more)

Yes, SelectSurvey.NET has online documentation and in-app documentation. We also offer video and webex training classes and one-on-one training classes - on site and webex.
The online documentation/training and videos is free and accessible by clients.

SelectSurvey.NET does allow clients to customize the look and feel as well as add their logo and customize text throughout the application via our "admin tools" > "globalization options".
These globalization options allow translation of the interface into 162 languages and customizations of all text for any of the 162 languages.
In addition to that we allow on the "admin tools" to specify your own logo and stylesheet to over-ride the theme.
This may change slightly in future versions of the software. (more)

Yes, SelectSurvey.NET works with all of the latest browsers, on computers, laptops, kiosks and mobile devices/phones! SelectSurvey.NET is a web based survey software. We offer the cloud version (software as a service) as well as the "on-premise" version (that you install on your own server). (more)

SelectSurvey.NET is sold for "on-premise (installed on client's server)" and "cloud SaaS (software as a service on our servers)". Each has different support plan.
SaaS: (NO EXTRA FEE)
SaaS includes email technical support.

On-Premise: (Yearly support plans start at approx. $329 dependent on product license purchased)
First 30 days email support free on new product purchase.
Level 1 support: email support + product updates
Level 2 support: email support + phone support + product updates
