SelectSurvey.NET is sold for "on-premise (installed on client's server)" and "cloud SaaS (software as a service on our servers)". Each has different support plan.
SaaS: (NO EXTRA FEE)
SaaS includes email technical support.
On-Premise: (Yearly support plans start at approx. $329 dependent on product license purchased)
First 30 days email support free on new product purchase.
Level 1 support: email support + product updates
Level 2 support: email support + phone support + product updates

Support is included with the SaaS service, and there is no extra fee for support. The server software (on premise) license however has yearly support and product updates available.
