Most customers spend 1-2 hours getting the site set up, connecting a credit-card processing account, and configuring their ticket types and receipt; this is what it takes to launch the site and begin to sell tickets to the event. After that, the majority of the work (prior to event night) is entering information on their auction items, and doing optional work to polish the look and feel of the site. (more)
