What was the best part about using Sakai?
Sakai is really a very easy to use and comprehensible software that can be accessed from everywhere. It has a wide variety of helpful tools like lessons, class assignments, necessary announcements, tests and quizzes, forums, chats, systems for plagiarism detection, live video conferencing, lecture capture and playback, media storage and real-time streaming, etc., in one place. I truly think the platform is much more straightforward than any other similar software.
What would you change about your experience with Sakai?
Sakai is quite complicated to set up which means that staff members cannot easily experiment on their own. Additionally, my opinion is that having a search bar would be really nice in order to be able to check up keywords and find information more quickly and easily. No other issues.
Overall Feedback
Sakai is an open-source software that is designed to suit the educational sphere. You can download it for free. It's flexible and provides a great variety of opportunities both for students and professors, allowing for research work, team assignments and other forms of collaboration. The software is perfect for both students and professors, as it helps users keep themselves organized and on task. What's important is that it's developed by people who use Sakai and work in the educational sphere themselves and who care about the software's performance. We've only had a positive experience with Sakai and will gladly recommend this software to others.
