Declining Performance: Most critically, since engaging RevLocal, my actual internet stats have declined rather than improved. This is particularly concerning as my metrics were better when I was managing my Google account myself. Communication: Despite my notice, I have not seen any action taken on my RevLocal account. I understand Lisa is on vacation, but I have not received any response from Rachel when I couldn't make a next-day appointment. No one has reached out to reschedule. Service Quality: I have not observed any significant improvements to my Google Business account, which was the primary purpose of our engagement. Recently, I noticed that my website was removed from my Google account, causing further concern. Responsiveness: I have sent numerous emails requesting updates and assistance, but have received little to no response. This lack of communication is particularly disappointing given that I expressed interest in potentially adding other businesses to your service if I saw improvements. Scheduling Flexibility: As a real estate professional, I cannot always accommodate next-day meeting requests. I would appreciate more flexibility in scheduling appointments. Value of Service: Given these issues, especially the decline in my internet presence, I am seriously questioning the value of the service provided. I have been actively looking for improvements daily but have seen little progress and, in fact, regression. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns. Please provide a detailed explanation of the work done on my account, why my metrics have declined, and the steps you plan to take to resolve these issues immediately. Non of these items were addressed and my standing has still declined - I have gone behind Revlocal to add items like my office hours and website which has been removed. I look forward to your timely response and resolution of these matters.

From the initial meeting in which the Sales representative was late, and went to the wrong location, which I confirmed and told her what room, when I arrived, she still went to the wrong location, then she didn't come to me she asked me to come to her. Never ignore warning bells. When I reached out to her about my concerns she had family issues or ignored my calls until she returned from vacation. Emails went unanswered from her.

Customer service is such a key part in business and Revlocal and their employees really understand the companies needs and work hard to achieve everything they can for the customer. Their employees are a pleasure to work with and everything gets done in a timely manner. Their pricing is fair and we believe you get what you pay for, which in this case is everything we asked for and then some!

We don't feel as though there were any negatives in working with revlocal. we would be more then thrilled to recommend their outstanding services to anyone in the market for them. they have done their best to prove themselves as a reputable company and we have enjoyed working with them to help our business grow as well.

RevLocal handles all my Google and business listings, keeps me up to speed with changes and gives me a marketing manager that works for me. The price is affordable for all you get. I wanted things to work immediately. Angel has helped to educate me and teach me the things I didn't understand. It took about 3 months to start showing up in Google on the local listing section but I've been #1 in my area for over 2 years. I get calls because of the marketing strategy.

Trusting someone with $300 a month is scary. The money that I have spent works for me every month. It's like a utility bill now, I can't shut the lights off when it's working. What I love is that I can call or email my marketing manager anytime. It would cost me a lot more to hire someone and I doubt they would have a clue about all the things Angel has done for my cleaning business.

If you aren't aftaid to put in the time and the sustained effort the first few years, you can make a great living. In the beginning you will need to do lots of basic prospecting methods but in time you can get to almost all networking and referrals only. The small business owners need what we have. They just don't realize you might have the answer to their problems. No contracts certainly helps, as well as services starting at a couple hundred bucks a month. It's very rewarding to see the clients who follow the plan, allow the time for systems to work and reap the benefits. That's kind of what it's like in the business development career path of a digital marketing consultant with RevLocal. Do the work, follow the systems, put in the time, be coachable = success.

I firs hired RevLocal because I had scattered and wrong information on various search engines. This included old address's, phone numbers etc. My account manager, Evan manged to get all my information current and up to date. He designed a "landing page" that has help generate leads for my business. He also convinced me to let him set up my google listing, sync all my google accounts, Facebook, you tube, LinkedIn etc. But the most important thing he did was to set up and encourage me to get my clients to do google reviews. I had lots of reviews in other locations but none on my google account. It took some time but now, when I get calls for from Google searches, most all the time they reference my reviews. I have most definitely seen an increase in google phone calls and this has lead to bank deposits. Evan calls me periodically just check in and see how things are going and to see if I have any questions or concerns. This is quite refreshing as other companies I have dealt with just seemed to want my money and disappeared. I would highly recommend RevLocal for anyone considering a local SEO marketer/optimization service!

Well the worst part of working with RevLocal really isn't RevLocal's fault. It is the time it takes to see the results. Google takes about 3-6 months to get things up and fully running. I almost stopped using RvLocal as after 4 months, I was not seeing any results. This happened to occur in the slow season (winter months) which my business is usually slower anyway. Evan encouraged me to hold on and give it a little more time. I am glad I did as I have definitely seen positive results. There was a few other issues/glitches in the early stages but every time an issue raised, I would contact Evan and he would immediately address my concerns.

Overall I am very pleased with RecLocal. There is several company's I could have choose but I felt that RevLocal gave me the personal attention that I could not get from other online company's. I fell their pricing is very reasonable. If I sell one inspection a month from their marketing efforts, it pays for their fee. Their is a great service for someone like me who knows very little about seo and making a strong online presence. RevLocal keeps up with the ever changing Google changing algorithms and they make sure my digital footprint is accurate and consistent. As I have only been employed here for six months, I have had little negative experiences. The growth is happening very quickly, and there are some growing pains. Nothing more than would be expected at a company growing at such a pace. I would expect that as the staff levels catch up with the demand, it will not be an issue.
