First of all, it is our approach.
Providing managed teams where communication, planning, deadlines, as well as QA and code reviews are taken care of internally, we take away a lot of pain managing individual developers remotely from our customers. This makes us unique compared to other companies that provide people with a desk and an internet connection, making everything else customer’s sole responsibility.
And the second big thing is our company values:
- Responsiveness. We immediately address questions and requests, both from customers and co-workers, for better communication inside and outside the team.
- Proactivity. No waiting until we’re tasked with something by someone. If we run out of tasks, or there is a lack of input, we let each other know, no idling and waiting.
- Promptness. Deadlines are important for both our business and for the business of our customers.
- Knowledge is written. We maintain descriptions and logs of all documentation regarding processes and projects in written form to avoid getting stuck when one of our team members is absent.
These principles have helped us to maintain transparency with clients, order in all our projects, and evenness in workload every day, for over 11 years.

As we've mentioned before - it's our approach and principles (see the previous answers). These points have helped us to maintain transparency with clients, the order in all our projects, and evenness in workload every day, for over 12 years.
Besides that our team continuously improves their skills and widens tech stack. From native apps to responsive websites to chatbots to enterprise solutions, we do our best to create outstanding software that people will love to use.

As projects differ in scope and timeframes, we build our teams according to the specifics of every challenge. That's why there is no certain amount of customers that we can handle at one time.
Redwerk always considers available resources for the new projects, and we are working hard to provide our clients with the best service and give them the fullest attention possible.
It's also our managed teams model that allows us to keep an eye on each and every project we work with. Unlike outstaffing, we allocate our development resources dynamically. It makes it much easier to scale teams up and complement them with necessary skills temporarily based on a specific task. (more)
