Hello, No, you don't need any plugin to get Recast.AI to work. Our platform to build bots is compatible with all recent browsers out of the box. The bots themselves are on the messing apps (Messenger, SMS, Telegram...) so you don't need any plugin neither. We also just launched the webchat: a simple code to copy/paste on your site to add your bot. If you want to use our SDKs, you'll need to have the corresponding programming language set up on your machine: https://recast.ai/docs/api-reference/#sdks
