ProperSync for Microsoft Outlook

As it name suggest, ProperSync Syncs calendars between Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook. It allows you to share your calendar with your team members and keep track of assigned tasks to them. You can upload or share contacts.Users can publish some or all items from any Outlook calendar, contact, task folder directly to their SharePoint site.

I don't find anything worst, it is for the solution for the problem we were facing. It has made possible to share and upload contacts and other folders between Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint. If there is something negative, I need to research more. I am sorry I don't say much. I might need more time to point out negative side.

ProperSync is add-in of Microsoft Outlook which allows you to integrate your outlook calendars, contacts and tasks with SharePoint. It has many features available like appointment management, auto reminders, calendar management, document management, group scheduling, import/export data, reporting, task management, etc. You must try it once, I am sure it will resolve your problem now.

Microsoft hotmail provides average email platform and is very widely known for it's spam filtering ability which works better than other emails. Microsoft hotmail has currently changed to Outlook which uses the same hotmail account for logging in one's account. You can share the calenders or contacts with other users also.

The platform is not very convenient like the Gmail and Yahoo mails which offer many useful features and is not so easy to use. One needs to give time if they want organised emails. It would be irritating for someone finding ads in their email. Hotmail also tends to have small bugs here and there.

Hotmail is good but when it comes to personal accounts, most of them would prefer Gmail or Yahoo over Hotmail since they are more convenient. Mostly hotmail is used in an enterprise or business to create link between every employee and employer for a convenient usage within the enterprise or business.

Microsoft is providing extraordinary services all over the world, there are some of the applications related to task management and calendar sharing is a good tool for anyone who experience it. From all features people relay on its task management solutions where they can manage activities by taking help from this software. It is good for calendar sharing.

Microsoft Outlook is a normal tool having some good features but not all of the features that are providing such good results as other competitors are giving to the customers. Microsoft provides many good results with its software and products but unfortunately not all f the products by Microsoft are as good as others. Contacts can be saved with the help of Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook is overall producing normal results as compared to other Microsoft products. It is not highly recommended by me but two features of calendar sharing tool and task management are reliable and helpful for clients. Contacts can be saved by using Microsoft Outlook. It has many more competitors and have not very good ranking among other software of task management and CRM.
