ProperSync for Microsoft Outlook

As it name suggest, ProperSync Syncs calendars between Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook. It allows you to share your calendar with your team members and keep track of assigned tasks to them. You can upload or share contacts.Users can publish some or all items from any Outlook calendar, contact, task folder directly to their SharePoint site.

I don't find anything worst, it is for the solution for the problem we were facing. It has made possible to share and upload contacts and other folders between Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint. If there is something negative, I need to research more. I am sorry I don't say much. I might need more time to point out negative side.
