Thank for the great question! Yes, OpenBack supports multiple languages. Our dashboards can be configured to any language upon request for our Business or Advanced Plans.
We also offer a feature where you can target mobile users based on their default device language setting, so your campaign can be translated to the right message for every user. This is intended to make it easier to send a single message to a larger group of users in multiple regions at once. (more)

Our OpenBack dashboards are mobile friendly, but I would recommend viewing via desktop. The OpenBack SDK's are available for iOS & Android apps. You can download our Companion App if you would like to test notification campaigns on your iPhone or Apple devices. (more)

Yes, every package includes training and on-boarding. Your dedicated success manager will give you the tools and resources needed to get started with smart notifications quickly. Guides, trigger descriptions and a few tutorial videos are also available. (more)
