Our customers have complex requirements because of the large variety of service offerings, number of systems involved, breadth of the sales and support channels and overall functional requirements. We have seen standard implementations take anywhere from 1 month to the development of very customized contract management, quoting, and complex billing solutions which were developed over the course of 7-8 months.
