The answer to this question varies entirely on the customer we are servicing. Typically, the nature of our customer base (large manufacturers, distributors, and technology providers) require sophisticated ‘tailoring’ to embrace each company’s competitive differentiation in their service agreements and offerings as well as integrating to their established systems such as ERP and CRM. Our customers have complex requirements because of the large variety of service offerings, number of systems involved, breadth of the sales and support channels and overall functional requirements. We have seen standard implementations take anywhere from 1 month to the development of very customized contract management, quoting, and complex billing solutions which were developed over the course of 7-8 months.
