Netbilling has a good management team and ownership that really cares about the employees. I have worked on the call center for 7 years and am currently a supervisor. We are like a big happy family.

Sometimes the customer calls can be redundant but overall I have nothing negative to say about the company itself.

I highly recommend Netbilling as a great place to work and do business as well.

Their staff made the entire process so easy for us. Wendy & Daniel were there for every step and question I had to make sure I had exactly what I needed.

Honestly nothing. I'm very pleased with everything Netbilling has done for us. I can't even say make it cheaper because my in-person processing is basically free now with the cash discount program!

I can’t recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in-person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I didn’t realize how much we were paying before, but now that we’ve been with Netbilling for about 9 months I’m seeing huge savings. For our online orders, we have a much better rate and the fees are less. I think we’re saving around 20-30% from our last company. But for the in-person processing, we are now paying practically nothing with their cash discount program. On top of that, we got amazing new POS/register equipment that has made my admin tasks so much easier and faster. It manages my inventory, time & attendance for my employees, finances, and works with our website’s system. It’s also so much easier for everyone to use than our old register, we can train our new hires on the system in about an hour. Netbilling has really changed the way our shop operates for the better. The product worked fine. That was about it. Overall a poor experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just wouldn't use them again. Horrible experience. Shady company. Very disturbing financial practices. I would not recommend them.

I had a very poor experience with this company. Product worked fine but after giving the company notice of cancellation, I am still getting billed month after month for their service. They ignore any communication and refuse to refund the money. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they would not continue to withdraw money from my bank account months after giving them a cancellation notice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware..

Rates and service with a great staff and easy to use web interface. Their CEO is always available when needed.

I cannot think of any negatives since we have been dealing with them for years.

We have used Netbilling since 2009 to handle the transaction processing for our web site and retail stores. They are awesome with great rates and even better customer service.

The knowledge of their sales and support department has. It is nice being able to speak to someone that same day who is available.

Overall good experience with NETbilling. The sales helped by letting me know what to fill out and complete.

Good so far we have not launched yet but the company has been a great help with guiding me in the right direction.

There are really no negatives except for the fact that the merchant account setup was more paperwork than expected. However, that is just a bank requirement, not really Netbilling.

Netbilling set us up with a merchant account and e-commerce payment gateway in just 2 days. Their staff is great and always there if we need any assistance. We have sent several colleagues to them as well and all have had great experiences too. We have been using them since 2002 but the pulldown here for hire date only goes back to 2006.

Honestly we have not had any worst part of dealing with Netbilling. I am not sure what this box is a required field??

We highly recommend Netbilling! We are getting ready to hire their call center as well to handle our customer service and I'm sure we will have great results as usual.
