What was the best part about dealing with NETbilling, Inc?

The product worked fine. That was about it. Overall a poor experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

What would you change about your experience with NETbilling, Inc?

I just wouldn't use them again. Horrible experience. Shady company. Very disturbing financial practices. I would not recommend them.

Overall Feedback

I had a very poor experience with this company. Product worked fine but after giving the company notice of cancellation, I am still getting billed month after month for their service. They ignore any communication and refuse to refund the money. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they would not continue to withdraw money from my bank account months after giving them a cancellation notice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware..
