What was the best part about using Kenexa?
It's difficult to say what I like best about Kenexa as I'm not at all satisfied with the system. I've been using it for almost 5 years and it has not improved. The only positive thing that comes to my mind is the testing of candidates when they apply for a job. Previously we had to test their abilities and manually marked the tests, which was time-consuming and tedious, but with Kenexa, the scores are ready immediately.
What would you change about your experience with Kenexa?
The biggest dislike about Kenexa is its support service. The system is performing quite slow and there are issues with it every now and then, so the amount of support you need is extreme. However, there is probably lack of resources in Kenexa so it takes plenty of time to get any help. I say the support is just awful.
I can't say I like using Kenexa, it's certainly not the best choice. It allows you to manage the recruitment, but that is all. The testing feature is good with Kenexa allowing you to test job candidates remotely without an HR present. The system gives you all the detail about testing, who needed how much time and what was the biggest challenge in the test, etc. But unfortunately, there are more cons than pros for the system. It is not user-friendly, nor intuitive, its level of configuration is low. There are many other platforms on the market that are more functional and provide more features, easier to use and whose configuration is much better and the price is less, so I would not recommend Kenexa.
