Kenexa

Kenexa offers so many features that it seems like a good idea at first and for me the features were ideal for what I wanted out of it. It is capable of sooo many things and handling so many functions that a single person would save hours upon hours of time using it to their benefit. It is robust, and should be very easy to use from those who know development a bit. It also can support vast amounts of data and content and generally would be an incredible asset to those that want to handle all HR tasks remotely or virtually.

Kenexa is overwhelming with its features, it really is! It has too much and is to large actually which I think is the reason why it glitches out and has delays when processing bulk amounts of data. It is not clean to use, and a person would not know how to use it if they did not have experience with more complex skills of development and software interfaces. Additionally, Kenexa's customer service is not proficient nor friendly about assisting their patrons with their issues, concerns, and questions.

Kenexa has the potential to be something terrific- It really does. However, when you take into account all of the shortcomings such as its cost, bugs, difficulty to use, and its shoddy customer service practices it hardly seems worth the wide investment or the amount of time that it would take someone to use all of its abundant features.
