What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

The most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

Dependencies between Cards/Tasks could be better visualized.

Overall Feedback

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. There are a lot of other Features, check the Powerups in Settings. I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.). Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

It's easy to use and very intuitive. Perfect to work in a smaller or a bigger team.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

Till now I haven't had any bad experience with Kanban Tool and I'm using it for 6 months.

Great variety of tools: time tracking, daily reports, elaborated analytics. Awesome daily help in organization.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

It's a useful tool with some great features, such as time tracking. It helps analyzing productivity as well.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

I don't think I'd change the experience. So far I really like the software so no need to change things.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

I think the best part about using it is that you can easily customize it. You can also use power-ups, time tracking and analytics. There is also an app for Android and iOS.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

It would be great if it was free but it's free for personal use. There is no mobile app for Windows but iOS app has recently been released.

I've been using Kanban Tool for over a year and I am very happy about my choice. KanbanTool is a great software not only for office but also when you need to create your own personal Kanban boards. I really recommend it.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

It is very intuitive and simple to use. It allows distribution of the tasks, tracking of the progress and makes organizing the work much much easier.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

I just wish I knew it before when I was working on my previous projects. It would have saved me a lot of time.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

This is one exceptional visual project management platform that enables organizations visualize workflow, track project progress, evaluate and improve business processes. It has superb interface features like export / import excel plus CSV, real- time collaboration, time tracking as well as time reports. It offers team activity widget, task navigator as well as auto assign function and calendar widget. The Kanban is an all-round effective tool for project management.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

I believe that some of the dashboards color tool can do better with at least more than 22 card colors. I also realized that in the area of long term projects, not much change is seen,, and for me as a user, i probably would not gain much from some of its available features. The Kanban Tool's search functionality needs some great improvement but im hoping the software vendors have rectified all these issues from the last time i used it.

This platform comes with an excellent time tracking feature while I noticed its process and progress visibility feature is superb. Each dashboard is used for a project/software. It helps track bugs and tasks and well suited for business processes that are relatively fixed. The Kanban software is user friendly and possibly the most advanced project management tool out there in the industry.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

Yes you just read it from the title alone. The best part about using KANBAN TOOL is when it comes to its incredible clarity when it comes to the progress of the project. You can easily check it because you it is visible and you can visualize with ease when it comes to using it cards, tags, and swimlanes.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

I can’t think of any reason on what was the worst part about this tool since the performance is already good for me. But if they could provide additional trainings and online tutorial about how the tool works and how to navigate then that will be of great help to new users.

My overall feedback with the software Kanban tool is adequate in the features that it has. Users and customers who are looking for a tool that has an incredible clarity in the project management should try and test the software to check if this software is the one that you are looking for.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

No down times at all, quick set up - my board was up 2 minutes from signup and I needed no tutorial to get working right away.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

Some features are missing (card dependencies), but the base is great to start with. Support informs us that card linking is a planned feature.

What was the best part about using Kanban Tool?

Kanban tool is excellent cloud based project management software. This software is an amazing tool for organizing and managing a company in such a way that lets to add staff and clients at a time and helps in making an adjustment to work at a particular time. It is very easy in usage. The tool is helpful for developers to work on the projects with specific jobs. Kanban tool excels the productivity of any company due to its sophisticated features. Kanban Tool helps in tracking the day-to-day status on a project with many locations. It is a real-time performance management tool that presents their websites smartly.

What would you change about your experience with Kanban Tool?

The software is a little bit harder to use, which makes the system less user-friendly. The worst thing about the tool is if the trial version expires once, one need to look for the paid version. Also, the full-size version is fixed in a mobile device, but not as quick to work with other devices. As this tool works on websites, so some of the websites are quite difficult to understand. A lot of improvements are required on the cards such as in color, availability in different languages, themes etc. Need to integrate support for ios users which is very important.

Kanban tool is an ideal, sophisticated, robust and efficient tool for smaller or large scale companies with a user-friendly platform and has vivid colors of cards. Kanban has many wonderful features which can improve the efficiency and productivity of any company. It is common marketing software, which can easily handle a business, conferences or discussions. The tool is available with reasonable price and free trial version. Its support team is much effective which can reduce the time in finding the manual solutions. The data presentation way is very clear and easy to understand by the users.
