The latest major update in January 2016 saw lots of design and functionality improvements. A mobile app is in the pipeline too.

The new modern user interface which was launched in January 2016 had some early problems. However, once the first beta testers helped the Invoiceberry team to solve identify these problems, the team fixed the bugs within hours/days. The new user interface is a big change in comparison to the classic one. This might take old users of the system 15-30 minutes to get used to.

Invoiceberry offers a modern and solid solution to sending invoices and tracking payments and expenses. The software is user friendly and the dedicated customer support is quick to reply and solve problems. Invoiceberry currently offers two versions: classic and modern. New users automatically use the modern version while existing customers can choose between the two versions. Both Invoiceberry versions have their advantages and disadvantages. The classic version is limited but a bit faster.

Would be nice if they could integrate with more fonts and other design solutions. Of course, you can always import yours, but some kind of creation tool would be nice.

I appreciate Invoice Berry a lot. As a small business, it saves lots of time on invoicing and accounting.

It's great that we were able to try out the software for 60 days without entering any credit card details. A few weeks ago the free trial expired and we decided to start paying for the annual Solo plan which gives us up to 40 clients. The software is very intuitive and it only took me less than an hour to set everything up.

They don't seem to offer phone support. I've been in contact with the support via their contact form and email. They've also got a help center which looks a bit out-dated and some video tutorials. According to the support they recently changed their software and are still working on creating new videos.

Great software with a small price tag. I've already recommended it to several of my business peers and keep doing so. The software itself suits our business perfectly, support is very friendly too. Only one star less because they currently don't offer phone support.
