It's great that we were able to try out the software for 60 days without entering any credit card details. A few weeks ago the free trial expired and we decided to start paying for the annual Solo plan which gives us up to 40 clients. The software is very intuitive and it only took me less than an hour to set everything up.

They don't seem to offer phone support. I've been in contact with the support via their contact form and email. They've also got a help center which looks a bit out-dated and some video tutorials. According to the support they recently changed their software and are still working on creating new videos.

Great software with a small price tag. I've already recommended it to several of my business peers and keep doing so. The software itself suits our business perfectly, support is very friendly too. Only one star less because they currently don't offer phone support.
