What was the best part about using Intercom?

Intercom helps thousands of mobile companies and internet providers to communicate with their millions of customers. It is easy to use the tool and possesses a great design. The feature of auto-messaging is too good. The customer care is also highly responsive towards our issues. Creating segments and importing user is done straight forward on this tool. The best feature of this tool is the Real-time chat with the clients as email marketing. This tool is more beneficial for small enterprises. We can track users as well as customers through Intercom. We get a live demo from the company to understand much about the product.

What would you change about your experience with Intercom?

I felt interface could be improved more as compare to the other tools in the market. The users tagging seems unreliable on the site. Sometimes, auto messenger does not work immediately. I think the android application should even improve for better working. I can’t even edit my email address after filling it with my account details once. They should have a complete edition with all combinations of multiple subscription offers. The problem is that this setup needs technical knowledge. Even I can’t edit any sent messages if I am using live chat option. I have to work with developer all the time when things need to track in this tool.

The best features of Intercom is market messaging, product update, direct communication and chat support. It supports the Android, IOS, and Windows even. Every day more than 4,000 Mobile businesses use this tool to talk with their customers in daily routine. It also works with Zapier, Slack, Stripe and Hip chat. It is the benefit for small as well large scale organization in promoting their business on the internet.
