Intercom has been tremendous help for achieving better customer service, that for several reasons. Firstly, the autoresponders work great! I wasn’t a fan of auto responses before – they were too slow or inconvenient – but with Intercom, there is no problem. Real-time reporting on customer behavior has been the key for us in improving our sales and website overall to provide better user experience – knowing how people experience our site is priceless! Intercom will most definitely open your eyes on how people are actually using your product/site and how are they interacting.

I’d say Intercoms biggest weakness is it’s interface is very slow and not the most user-friendly! Also, though this is a matter of taste rather than actual issue, I find it a bit overly complicated that you actually need a professional technician to do the setup. It makes the setting up process challenging but on the other hand, you know everything works only for your benefit.

Intercom is truly helpful for understanding your customers better and therefore, it stands like a benchmark for future success! Though it's a little pricy and setup is very complicated, I think it is worth every penny spent on it. The knowledge you receive from the program can easily be a cornerstone for a company's future as understanding your clients is the key to success! I definitely recommend giving them a try.
