Customer care services at HappyFox is top notch. They are fast and proactive in sending of messages about upcoming and new features. I have been using Happy Fox for some period and it offered a new version recently. The new version was amazing; upgraded version. The skilled staff at HappyFox made the transition to the upgraded version easier and smoother.

I would like them to improve on their features and enable assigning of tickets to multiple users at a time and not individual users. HelpDesk enabled me search for the administration staff and then close, open and hold. When one ticket requires multiple customers to work on it, it becomes hard. So there should be a feature that allows multiple use.

HappyFox is a product that is able to give support to people across the world efficiently and quickly with its online system of ticketing. It is a system that is easy to use with good client support. The process is made easier by use of knowledge base and staff are able to retrieve articles to help in solving their problems.
