What was the best part about using HappyFox?
I think that HappyFox is really fantastic. It makes it super easy to handle customer tickets, and staff can work from anywhere. It's easily accessed from any mobile device or platform. It's simple, the interface is nice and clean, the customization level is high. I find the dashboard excellent, it has the most valuable information. The reporting is good enough. Email integration is terrific.
What would you change about your experience with HappyFox?
The bad part about HappyFox is that the product can sometimes be a bit slow, though the reason for it may be my huge list of contacts and tickets, I'm not sure. Another thing is that the reports are somewhat basic, they are too simple and not customizable enough.
Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about, HappyFox has brought down my response time and increased my efficiency.

HappyFox is a very simple help desk software, that runs in the cloud, and easily suits your business size and growth. It enables you to provide customer support on multi channels like email, voice and mobile (iOS and Android). The product offers a high level of integration, as they have been rapidly expanding the product and allowing other services to connect seamlessly. Creating of reports, user creation and management, customization are very easy. We have been using HappyFox for 2 years now and we are very pleased with it. It has saved us so much time. Now we are able to support staff from across the globe quickly and efficiently with our online ticketing system.
