Although Happyfox follows the industry norm of monthly pricing per staff user, has no limit on the number of tickets processed, and seems to be reasonable; something doesn’t make sense to me. Why is it price based on staff user numbers, instead of per number and channel of incoming requests? For instance, phone requests take more resources to convert into tickets than email or web requests. And what if one customer has a preference of one channel over the other? If his usage indicates above average amounts of requests, or the majority of them coming through the more expensive “resource-intensive conversion” channels, why not charge accordingly? It escapes me... Also, to the annoyance of many international customers, HappyFox cannot accept payments via ACH, Swift, PayPal, or Wire; only payments through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or by requesting an invoice from HappyFox.
