What was the best part about using GrooveHQ?
Just like any other good help desk software, with GrooveHQ, you have a very decent tool for almost every type of organization that needs to set up a decent and functional help desk. I haven't had the chance to use their services for thorough testing, but what I can say is that I'm very satisfied with almost everything. If you want an easy-to-use, adaptable and above all, a decent piece of software for building your own help desk, then you should give these guys a shot!
What would you change about your experience with GrooveHQ?
I think GrooveHQ is good, as far as all other services go - their help desk software was (and I hope it still is) useful. Therefore, I was expecting some bugs along the road, but luckily, I found none. Overall, I think you can find quite a number of better alternatives to these guys. At least I love how hard they work on adding new additions to the system itself.
Overall Feedback
I would like to recommend GrooveHQ, as although their software is quite the average performer for setting up your very own help desk, and with the user interface being probably the only thing they should rework, I have to compliment them and their work, because if anything, they are reliable! From my point of view, their grade is a strong 4 out of 5.
