Two-way video interviews allow both candidates and interviewers to interact with each other in real-time. They are not only effective but also a great alternative for face-to-face interviews. The 3 types of two-way video interviews are: i) Video only: Mainly skill-based interviews that are live and conducted remotely. ii) Coding & video: The candidate and the interviewer can interact with each other during the coding interview process. iii) Coding only: Interviewers can check candidates’ code scalability, including code and time complexity, processing time, and CPU usage, along with time spent on finishing each assignment.
