Front is an inbox management app for teams. Companies using team inboxes, like "support@", "sales@", etc. can use Front to easily collaborate on the various messages coming in. This workflow can easily be applied to Twitter accounts, Facebook messages, or Text/SMS communication for your operations. All those channels can be added to Front. Messages in Front can be assigned to specific team members, either manually or automatically (based on the content of the message, for example). The app is designed for productivity: it's built like an e-mail client, so there is nothing to "learn" to use Front.
