Main thing - it is immensely powerful as it is one of the rare services that can support up to 2000 phone users! Besides its' web portal which lets you monitor call logs with their straightforward interface, tremendous asset is the help desk system where you can literally find tons of resources in case you should ever be in trouble. That way you won't be needing their call center that much and will easily handle issues on your own.

For me there's just one flaw and it doesn't concern the solution itself that much, rather it is a matter of the purchasing process. The thing is, in order to get it you have to contact their authorized reseller who will then give you some info and you will have to go through a terrible sales pitch process ... I am not too happy about the reseller-contacting system but of course that's more like nitpicking as it's not really a big issue.

All-in-all I must say FortiVoice is one of the most powerful solutions to this point, the main reason behind it being their flexible solution. There are not many telephony systems that can provide extensive user count AND availability in most countries in the world! Therefore, it is definitely a solution to try out - you are likely to love it!

I've had three units so far, the first two died and was able to get replacements on ebay at a decent price.

You have to pay to download the management software if your unit is out of warranty.

I will be replacing this fortivoice unit with a system from 3CX. We are already using their softphone client.

The good thing about Fortivoice is it allows the user to choose between a traditional network or VoIP capabilities. The user has a privilege so he can select certain calls not to be routed to specific users. This program delivers intelligent call handling and with a user-friendly interface in a reasonable price. With Fortivoice, you got all you need for your business to handle calls professionally.

This program does not provide softphone options. But for the fact that it enables you to be connected everywhere, control costs and handles calls professionally; it is more than enough me. Just like other programs, such as the Voice Complete or the Shortel sky, Fortivoice is also a wise choice. If it suits your business needs and your aim for a low cost, then this one is perfect.

All in all, Fortivoice is one of the most competitive software in the market today. It is affordable, easy to use ,easy to configure and definitely works for small to large sized business. It offers plenty of choices for a business to have a perfect business telephone system. This is a good investment.

FortiVoice can handle for up to 400 users and the system includes caller ID, custom hold music, call transfers and more. There are not much or significant negative feedback about Fortivoice system.

After reviewing information about FortiVoice, I find a program very helpful and scary sounds. FortiVoice. This product this offer a free trial; Therefore, potential clients cannot test out the software before purchasing the program. I've there is customer support information on their website they can help the customer answered potentially any question they may have about the program.

Overall, FortiVoice is a very helpful program that has many amazing features like all handling in messaging. It's very easy to setup. Many settings are removed or defaulted for simplicity and that's good when you manage your own PBX. This is a problem though when they mis-code features like T.38 and you have no control even to turn it off.

Ever since Fortinet purchased Talkswitch, the product has gotten worse and worse. It used to be affordable, now they only sell expensive phones and PBX systems. It used to be well supported, now their is no acknowledgement of coding issues, no resolutions, and only finger pointing at very large and well established service providers. Firmware updates used to be included, now you have to buy a support contract in order to get firmward updates.

Go with something else. You can land many systems at around 1/3 the cost and have much more granular control and better support.
