It's very easy to setup. Many settings are removed or defaulted for simplicity and that's good when you manage your own PBX. This is a problem though when they mis-code features like T.38 and you have no control even to turn it off.

Ever since Fortinet purchased Talkswitch, the product has gotten worse and worse. It used to be affordable, now they only sell expensive phones and PBX systems. It used to be well supported, now their is no acknowledgement of coding issues, no resolutions, and only finger pointing at very large and well established service providers. Firmware updates used to be included, now you have to buy a support contract in order to get firmward updates.

Go with something else. You can land many systems at around 1/3 the cost and have much more granular control and better support.
