It was so easy to use I really didn’t need any training. They just put me in front of the computer. It also helped me understand the flower business (it was new to me) and avoid making mistakes. The software made sure that I got all of the order details and never missed anything.

The store where I worked used the software to keep track of employee hours so I had to remember to punch in and out of the system. It made it easier for them to handle payroll but it took me a while to remember that I had to do that every day.

I have worked retail for a long time in a lot of different stores and have had to use a lot of different software. The flower business was more complicated than any other kind of retail (because you are taking orders, not just ringing in sales etc) but this was actually the easiest software I have used.
