FloristWare

We ha been using FloristWare for several years. The best thing is that it is easy to use. We can have new hires and seasonal help making sales and taking orders with almost no training. There are also advanced features and reporting options for managers and more experienced users. Another great thing is that it is not tied to any wire service so we aren't tied to a particular website, credit card processing, etc. It also costs much less than wire service systems and there is no contract.

We have several clients that have standing orders. They want flowers delivered each week or month etc. FloristWare does let us set this up but it could be handled a little better. They have been very interested in our thoughts and we have been working together on changes to the standing order feature that should make the software work better for everyone.

After years of being tied to a wire service contract, wire service POS, wire service credit card processing, etc. It is great to feel back in charge, with no contract or strings attached. We work with FloristWare because we want to, not because there is a long term contract, or because we have a ton of money tied up in their equipment.
