We had wire service POS for MANY years. The features were good but it was too expensive. And it was a headache trying to figure out what it cost. We had to be members. We had to use their credit card processing and it was expensive. We had to use their website. There were always more fees. Now there is none of that. We can switch merchant service providers to save money and have three times. We can switch websites. But we keep using FloristWare because it is affordable and easy and has all the features we want.

Nothing that bad. This is a good company to deal with. When you call for support you have to leave a message. Then they call you back. They call back quickly and the people are experts and very helpful. Not just call center people that can't help. The support people really know what they are doing.

It has been great for our flower shop. Product is excelllent. Very easy to use and train. The people are good to work with. Very helpful. The price is very affordable. The flexibility is a big plus. Being able to switch credit card processing and website keeps me in control of the business.
