What was the best part about using Five9?

Five9 offers a cost-effective solution to increase call center productivity. With services including both inbound and outbound calls, this platform helps companies answer all calls quickly. Plus, Five9 allows companies to reach customers in any platform: digital or social media, phone, chat, or email. This software that allows for a multi-channel approach makes communicating with customers easy and responding to queries quickly. The cloud contact technology offers a blended solution that eliminates limitations on call technology. What is good with Five9 is that companies do not need to invest for R&D services to improve their customer services, Five9 has already done it for them. This software also has recording, reporting, and even effective monitoring. Some may think that software such as this one is complicated and difficult to navigate but it is great to know that this platform was designed with the user in mind, thus, it is absolutely easy to navigate!

What would you change about your experience with Five9?

The software works best with browsers it is compatible with. There are also some technical issues but can be resolved if you have patience in trying to resolve it. But what is good is that Five9 has a good customer support that can assist you with the concerns. Well, as what is expected, this software is developed for call center agents. So if you are not familiar with the call technology, you ill find this tool difficult to comprehend. Moreover, with the many functions, it will take familiarity to maximize utilization.

Five9's business communication solutions offer a better interaction with the customers in variety of channels and allows agents to quickly switch from on channel to another using a single desktop, with an organized format. What could be more efficient? With Five9, the deployment is fast, interactions and channels are flexible, easy to use that even those that are not techies could easily navigate it, secure, and affordable. Productivity is ensured with Five9- this can be proven by Five9's long-time clients.
