What kind of pricing structure does eVetPractice.com have? Is there a minimum contract we need to sign?

We offer a monthly subscription which is could be as low as $100 depending on what type of business you are. There is no termed contract, it is month to month. (more)

What kind of contingency plan do you have to handle system failures and recovery? How are program updates handled, are they automatic or requested?

Our system is backed up to the minute and can be restored at any point. We also have redundancy in place with our servers so that if one goes down the others continue to serve requests.
Updates are automatic and normally happen weekly. We also send out an email letting our customers know what updates were made and that email is monthly. (more)
