Our system is backed up to the minute and can be restored at any point. We also have redundancy in place with our servers so that if one goes down the others continue to serve requests.
Updates are automatic and normally happen weekly. We also send out an email letting our customers know what updates were made and that email is monthly.
What kind of contingency plan do you have to handle system failures and recovery? How are program updates handled, are they automatic or requested?
